Important: University application fees and other third-party charges are not included in the consultancy/service fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
Scope of Services: Global Focus provides education consultancy and facilitation services including profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application filing, document review, visa guidance, accommodation guidance, and post-arrival support, depending on the plan selected.
Service Plans: Standard Plan — ₹30,000 + GST, up to 5 university applications. Extended Plan — ₹55,000 + GST, up to 10 university applications. Unused application slots have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a partial refund.
Taxes: All service fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST is added at the prevailing statutory rate at the time of payment.
Admission Decisions: All admission decisions are made independently by the respective universities. Global Focus does not guarantee admission, an offer letter, scholarship approval, or any particular intake or programme.
Additional Fees: University application fees, tuition, visa fees, exam fees, travel, and living expenses are not included in our service fee and are payable separately by the Applicant.
Refund Policy: Once Global Focus has commenced services under a paid plan, the fee is ordinarily non-refundable and non-transferable, including in cases of rejection, visa refusal, or the Applicant withdrawing from the process.
University Shortlisting and Eligibility: Any shortlist prepared by Global Focus is advisory in nature. Eligibility, entry criteria, and admission conditions are determined independently by each institution and may change without notice.
University and Third-Party Fees: Charges such as tuition, admission deposits, visa/embassy fees, medical exams, credential evaluation, insurance, accommodation, flights, and remittance charges are not included in our consultancy fee and must be paid separately.
Applicant’s Responsibility: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and genuine information throughout the process, and for promptly informing us of any change that may affect your application, admission, or visa.
Authenticity of Documents: All documents provided must be genuine and unaltered. False, forged, or misleading information may lead to rejection, withdrawal of an offer, or termination of our services, without liability to Global Focus.
Application Timelines: Processing times depend on factors outside our control, including university response times and government processing. Global Focus does not guarantee any particular timeline.
Programme or University Changes: Universities may modify or withdraw programmes, intakes, or fees at any time. Where an option becomes unavailable, we may recommend alternatives, subject to your approval before submission.
Scholarships and Financial Assistance: We may assist with scholarship information, but all funding decisions are made solely by the relevant institution or provider. Awards are never guaranteed.
Visa Assistance: Our visa support is limited to guidance and documentation assistance. Visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant embassy or immigration authority; a refusal does not indicate a failure of our services.
Service Fee and Payment: Payment confirms your instruction to begin the selected services and authorises us to process payment through our approved payment methods. Payment is complete only once confirmed by the bank or gateway.
Service Plan Changes: Upgrades may be accepted subject to paying the fee difference. Downgrades after services have started do not entitle you to a refund of the difference. Plans cannot be transferred between individuals.
Communication: We may contact you by email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or portal. You’re responsible for keeping your contact details current; we are not liable for delays caused by unanswered communication.
Applicant Approval Before Submission: You confirm that the information and documents you supply are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and remain responsible for reviewing offer letters and official university communications.
Information from Universities and Third Parties: We share information from sources believed reliable, but fees, rankings, and requirements can change — always defer to the latest official communication from the institution.
No Employment or Career Guarantee: Career or post-study work information we share does not guarantee employment, salary, residency, or work-permit eligibility.
Applicant Conduct: We may suspend services for fraudulent information, abusive conduct, or misuse of our services, without refund where permitted by law.
Intellectual Property: Website content, templates, and materials created by Global Focus remain our property and may not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.
Personal Information: We may share your information with universities, visa/immigration providers, and payment processors as necessary to deliver our services, handled per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Responsibility: We are responsible for the services in your selected plan, but not for decisions or delays caused by third parties such as universities, embassies, or payment providers.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or system failures.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
