This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2011.

In addition to other terms set forth in this Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website, Services, or Content:
a) for any unlawful purpose;
b) to solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;
c) to violate any applicable international, national, state, or local laws or regulations;
d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others;
e) to harass, abuse, insult, defame, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, nationality, or disability;
f) to submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
g) to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code;
h) to spam, phish, scrape, crawl, or exploit the Website or Services;
i) for any obscene, immoral, or unethical purpose; or

Global Focus reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Website and Services if any prohibited use is identified.
“Intellectual Property Rights” include all present and future rights relating to copyrights, trademarks, patents, designs, trade secrets, goodwill, and all other proprietary rights, whether registered or unregistered, in any jurisdiction worldwide.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights, titles, and interests in the Website, Services, and related content remain exclusively with Global Focus or its licensors.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, and service marks displayed on the Website are the property of Global Focus or respective third parties. Your use of the Website does not grant you any license or right to use these trademarks without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Focus, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or Services.
The total liability of Global Focus for any claim related to the Services shall be limited to the greater of INR 100 or the amount actually paid by you to Global Focus in the one-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Focus and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website or Services, violation of this Agreement, or any misconduct on your part.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts of Bhubaneswar, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right to a jury trial.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
Global Focus reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website and Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
By accessing and using the Website and Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Website or Services.
